Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AMME Health's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

- Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees
- You remain responsible for any outstanding charges

Termination by AMME Health
- We may terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
- We may suspend services for non-payment
- We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations
- Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
Dispute Resolution
- We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first
- Formal disputes will be handled through arbitration, not court proceedings
- Class action lawsuits are waived in favor of individual arbitration
- Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes
